Limited to Canada Apple ID

My wife is unable to download the app as she just moved to Canada with another country’s Apple ID

Problems if you don’t have city pickup

If you don’t get city pickup and want to use the app for the waste sort or info on hazmat locations, you can’t move past the “enter address” screen. I’d do this feedback in the app but I can’t get to that either!

New update sucks.

You think they would test it first before pushing it out. It’s terrible, dont too big, address cut off and not legible, crashes, non-responsive, black screens. It’s nearly useless now. Lacks everything. It’s a downgrade from the previous version. What could we expect from
Calgary, the app it just likes its government, useless.

Remember being in school and getting a hint from the teacher on a test? It’s like that. Something you should know but can’t for the life of you remember when you need too? Yeah. This app is like that. If anything - you’re saving my neighbours from smelling our bins from rotting for a month, but I appreciate you.

The Calgary garbage collection reminder is very useful! It always notifies me on time about garbage and recycling pickup days, so I never have to worry about forgetting. The information is clear and accurate, making it very convenient to use. It has made waste management much easier for me. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend it!
