Poparide's automated suspension system is completely flawed. I approved a passenger's booking request on time and received the confirmation email, but the app instantly flagged and suspended my account anyway, automatically cancelling the ride for the passenger through no fault of my own. Locking out a driver who is trying to follow the rules and respond to bookings makes the app frustrating and unreliable to use. Even we can’t connect with support team and they suspend the account without any verification.

People who do ride share everyday they report others accounts intentionally so that only there add show on popa ride and the popa ride app suspend account for permanent .

Banned me for stupid reason
Two people requested a ride at 12:30 a.m., but the ride was canceled by itself the next morning because it had been over four hours since the request. As a result, I was permanently banned from the app. This was the most ridiculous reason for the ban, and I won’t be using the app again.
