Hi Jwrld0707, that jump often happens when a tap off wasn't detected at the end of a trip, which triggers a higher fare instead of your usual one. Never works

Even with 4 bars of 5G+ internet nothing ever works on the app and it always says there’s network issues. Honestly just a waste of time and phone storage

Hi 1_1_1_1....1, that's frustrating, especially with a strong signal. A couple of things worth trying, make sure the app is on the latest version from the App Store, and see if the same network error shows up on WiFi as well as cellular data, that helps narrow down where the issue actually is. ^RS
