App never works when I need it to. I shouldn’t have to uninstall and then reinstall every time I want to load my card. Even then sometimes it doesn’t work saying there’s a connection error when my phone is connecting to every other internet app just fine. It won’t even load the help section.

Quite Literally Awful

The app is so slow, and constantly has technical issues that will not allow me to buy tickets. You made the presto e-ticket app redundant, combine it into one app, and then it never works? I’m trying to spend money on your service and yet I still end up calling for an uber because I can’t buy a bus ticket!!!!???
