Your app is pretty stupid
I hate this app. Wish I didn't ha r to use it. Get some quality app devprrs to build something nice and intuitive.
Challenging
I am trying to add another presto card and it won’t let me. The one I have now for some reason I cannot use so I’m trying to get funds for it. It’s been awhile waiting for the funds. I love the auto deposit feature but I find the customer service is not user friendly. Very frustrating to get someone to help me.

Locked card
It keeps saying I have an open transfer and can’t transfer my funds to my new presto account. I have lost that card and haven’t used it since yesterday morning.

The fare logic keeps charging customers falsely multiple times and if you forget the money is gone

Utility of presto card
It is user friendly app and most reliable for travelling. Software version for senior citizens may also be implemented and put in practice.
Payment Options
Would like to save more than one VISA/debit card for uploading money on Presto card. Currently, you can only save one form of payment on app.
No IOS UPDATE = No presto
Soooo annoying, you can’t load money on your presto if you don’t have the lastest version of iOS. As a student this is so frustrating, having to bed drivers for a ride jst to go to school or work. And you can’t use your physical card anymore if you put it on your phone which is also dumb.
Bug and card limitations
Credit card info entry on 1st use has off screen rendering bug. That’s minor. The major problem I have with presto is it only allows digital presto card to exist either in iWatch or iPhone. It is horrible user experience. Did you find any credit card company on this planet did integration like this? Wake up and fix it.

Will not allow to convert to Apple Wallet
The App gives the option to covert to Apple Wallet. When I attempted to do that it gives me the following error:
You can’t convert your physical PRESTO card to a Mobile Wallet card if you are still within the free transfer window for your trip. To see when your transter window ends, use the check balance feature.
I haven’t used my presto card since March. I wanted to use it this weekend and was trying to prepare for my trip to the city.

Problem App
Tried to open this app, it got stuck in an endless loop. Tried MANY times but it would not open. Opened Presto in my wallet. Tried to add money FOUR times but it could not process transaction. Fifth time (now I’m on the train) it processed the transaction. 🤷🏼♂️

Hamilton CONFUSION
Be very very very careful booking any trip that originates in Hamilton. Metrolinx will tell you a train is leaving at a certain time but they won’t tell you the right train station or the trip will include a bus&train or both or a walk&train or just the wrong station. Check double check and always leave time for the sneaky mis-direct. There are three stations even if you specify one they give you different time for other locations without telling you they switched stations. GO transit staff know this is a problem but they have not and will not fix it.

Don’t trust this app
I had a presto card with $3.00 left on it and added $40.00 so my wife and I could go from Ajax to Union Station on the Go Train. The app would not work, I have called and sent a letter to presto asking for my money back however they never answer me back, want to be scammed try using this app
Doesn’t work anymore
This app literally does not work anymore after some updates, I am on an iPhone X and whenever I try to login it says there is a connection error. I could be at home or on my data and it’s the same response every time. It used to work fine and now it is completely dysfunctional on my phone.
