App never works when I need it to. I shouldn’t have to uninstall and then reinstall every time I want to load my card. Even then sometimes it doesn’t work saying there’s a connection error when my phone is connecting to every other internet app just fine. It won’t even load the help section.

The app is so slow, and constantly has technical issues that will not allow me to buy tickets. You made the presto e-ticket app redundant, combine it into one app, and then it never works? I’m trying to spend money on your service and yet I still end up calling for an uber because I can’t buy a bus ticket!!!!???

The worst app I have had the misfortune of being forced to use. Loading the presto card is an act of great patience as the app constantly crashes or freezes. At this point it no longer feels worth the hassle to save 30 cents a ride. Smell you never, presto !

Presto App Always said there was a connection error.
Presto App suddenly no more working on iPhone 8 plus any more. Cannot sign in. Always said there was a connection error.
Got a reply from developer saying it needs ios 16.4 or later version. But i have been on ios 16.7 already when this problem happened. Have deleted and reinstalled the App but no success. Need developer to relook into it. Thanks.
