Absolutely terrible app
The worst app I have had the misfortune of being forced to use. Loading the presto card is an act of great patience as the app constantly crashes or freezes, haven’t been able to load funds in over a week
Doesn't let me buy
Every month is the same thing. I can't load a transit pass for Ottawa OC Transpo. It doesn't read cards, apple pay. That happens since may 2026 or something like that. Very annoying

Today (aug 30, 2026) I was looking over my recent activity & noticed that the system says i tapped onto a few buses that i was nowhere near at the time… the system has the incorrect times & places (like yesterday, it says i got on a bus at 7:39 in the morning about 20km west from where i actually got on! & today it says i got on about 5km northeast of where i got on… both days i actually got on at the EXACT SAME place i normally do!
This app is definitely messed up right now! (AUG 30, 2026)
Update : (Aug 31) did as developers suggested.. deleted app, turned phone off - than reinstalled app when turned phone back on - app still shows incorrect info.

completely unreliable when loading. Everyday is a surprise - will my presto work or not? i dont like this game.

But in general the station workers are very helpful. My last ride from Hamilton Go to Brampton Go. The driver was very nice! Koodos to him, as he was very helpful and very friendly to the riders.

Those people know this app didn’t work, but they are still selling the service . I transferred my money, but couldn’t use it, and couldn’t pulled it out either! It’s a scam

Charged for cancelled train
GO transit charges you even ifntjwubcanxelntraims and you take another way home. I was charged $13 for a ride I didn't take -

I was able to acrcess presto account so I am happy. I am assuming they have inbuilded AI so it helped me to login.

Make Presto App Payment Friendly
Kindly work on including in your next update of the app, a means whereby when paying for 2 cards saved on the app one can pay for BOTH at the same time rather than entering the same card details twice and the billing address twice.
Also work on reducing glitches - some times l have to repeat the laborious process 3 TIMES before it works and sometimes it still does not work, and this is very frustrating.
