the absolute worst app i have the displeasure to ever use. wait time is longer than giving birth. cheap, but definitely not cheerful.

Drivers cancel CONSTANTLY

The price is cheaper than other ride sharing apps, but it’s not worth it. Over 5 times I’ve had drivers cancel the ride 1-2 minutes before arriving, after waiting so long. This has made me late to work twice now!! Riders always get charged for cancelling last minute, but drivers clearly don’t. Pay the extra money and ride with uber. Trust me.

Cheaper and quick

I've tried all three major ride-sharing apps, but Hopp always seems to be the most affordable option. Plus, when I chat with the drivers, they mention that Hopp's model allows them to earn more money. Initially, I noticed that the cars took a bit longer to arrive, but now they're quick to arrive and still cheaper than the competition.
