Driver cancelled my ride at the last min
I used this app for a few time but drivers always cancelled my ride at the last mins no matter how long you have been waiting. If you want to waste your time and arrive late you are highly recommended to use this app.

I parked it beside other ones but there was no cable? Someone must have moved it

this uber app can help you save money but doesnt find a driver for you then doesnt give your money back for 14-30 days. I am a student and got ripped off, ur better off using uber or lyft
Driver was abusive - customer support didn’t offer any help
Driver was driving dangerously and almost hit 2 pedestrians twice. When asked to drive safer, he verbally abused me and asked me to get out of the car.
You get what you pay for.
Prices can’t usually be beat on other services but the app is not reliable enough for airport transport. Between multiple drivers unable to find their way to the airport, and a pre-arranged morning trip that never found a driver, I wouldn’t recommend using Hopp for anything time sensitive. Short trips are usually okay but the cars and drivers are not of the same quality as other apps, or the drivers seem bothered that they have to take a low fare when using multiple apps.
