Tourists avoid this!! Use alternative app! This is a scam/fraudulent service
I was traveling to Poland and I ordered delivery to my hotel. Typical food delivery app at first, issues assigning driver and they kept reassigning causing significant delay.
However the issue came when I received the order and received the wrong item. I ordered some kebab bowl and received some tortilla/wrapped shawarma thing. I sent pictures and bolt confirmed that I had received the wrong order, both the customer service representative and the AI assistant confirmed that what I received was not what I had purchased. They said they refuse to issue a refund and ended the conversation. Twice.
This is a predatory company, I highly recommend using UBER EATS instead of this scam service. I wish I had

Worst delivery app
The delivery driver stole my order and Bolt did absolutely nothing about it! I selected leave with reception at my hotel and the driver took a picture of the order outside of the hotel and marked the order as delivered and left with my food. When I went to customer support, Bolt told me that next time I need to pay closer attention to the delivery.

Multi drop - disappointed
You asked for the delivery not to be part of multi drop, yet they still do, food quality drops, reflects on supplier. Very disappointing - all about bolt cash grabbing. 😡
