Disappointed
Very disappointing experience. I ordered food using the “Leave at my door” option and even provided my building entry code, apartment number, and all the necessary delivery instructions. Despite this, the courier marked my order as delivered, but the food was never left at my door.
When I contacted customer support, instead of properly investigating the issue, they relied on the courier’s explanation that he tried to call me. That completely ignores the fact that I had specifically requested a contactless delivery and had already provided everything needed to complete it.
As a paying customer, I expected Bolt to investigate fairly, review the delivery records, and resolve the issue. Instead, I was left without my food or a satisfactory solution, and I was even told I could delete my account if I wasn’t happy.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Bolt Food. Customers deserve better protection when delivery disputes occur. I hope Bolt improves both its courier accountability and customer support.

Worst customer support
Payed full charge for my order recueved the order and somehow they say the order was returned and i didnt pay and am charged in debt from this stupid app.Customer support didnt do anything

Terrible drivers
I ordered my food at 12 and received it at 2:30PM and, called the restaurant. I had been told the food had been dispatched already but, the app hadn’t been updated meaning that the courier had taken my food and taken it elsewhere intentionally. This is unacceptable.
Just bad customer service
I know it’s it fairly new but the customer service on this app is horrible.
Would be helpful if I was talking to a real person or a bot that can actually be useful. Instead we’re stuck with a bot that has no means to assist and just repeats the same message over and over. It doesn’t make sense why I can’t change the carrier if it’s been 2-3 hours since I order.
