Worst experience on first delivery
Toing app team, improve your app there is no way to cancel order it lacks in a lot of things, it doesn’t asks for the confirmation of the order it just ordered by it own without my confirmation and there is no customer care support are you guys seriously doing this with the customers? The food was waste of money and the service was also poor the app shows 2 mints which is not possible for a bike rider who is coming from Lajpat to Kotla and it took more than 15 mints which is exactly how much time it takes, is this the way how you make money from people by doing thug? I asked to cancel the order which I didn’t placed and there is no customer support for that the chat bot has no answer for it apart from apologies, no busy restaurant starts cooking the food under 5 seconds after receiving the order at least don’t play dumb with the customers, if you can’t treat your customers nicely then you don’t have rights to ask for money as well you should close your app asap
