Holy heck, this app is horrible and I wish I read the reviews before downloading. I was influenced by the $8 off on the drinks but I deeply regret that now because nothing works. It says it costs $0 for the membership until the next month and yet it charges you immediately. You can’t get it delivered to your home and the app is slow as hell. I couldn’t even order anything in the end and this was a mistake. Deep regret.

5 Milk Teas Spilled—Only 1 Refunded
5 milk teas arrived spilled and damaged, but HungryPanda only refunded ONE cup. One was almost empty and the other four were half empty. They were packed together in one bag with NO cup holder, so the entire bottom of the bag was soaked with green tea.
We order 10+ milk teas from HungryPanda every week, but this customer service was ridiculous. They said the other drinks were “still drinkable.” Even worse, they chose to refund the Taro Purple Yam drink, which was basically the one that was almost completely empty. Absolutely ridiculous.
