NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER OR REFUND back!
This was my first order and I NEVER received my $140 order. It’s been almost a week of going back and forth with support. I’ve provided my correct address and the requested proof multiple times, including Google Maps, yet they keep asking for more instead of resolving the issue. I shouldn’t have to do this much just to get a refund for an order I never received. Very frustrating experience, especially for a first order.

我用 weee 很多年了 虽然不是什么大客户吧，至少一直在 weee 消费。 每个月几百，家庭吃喝开销几乎 都在 weee。 以前收到发霉的酸奶，破包装的直接吃的食物这些的相关服务的就不吐槽了，你们的服务真的很差，客服都在延迟回复。没有任何一个客户是真正在帮助或解决问题的，都是在用官方语气去阻挡一次又一次。真垃圾。
