Why need to scan, and chubby club lost mikiya in the bay area
Very disappointed that mikiya in the bay area is not part of the chubby club and on top of that why in the world do we need to scan receipts to get points.
Mikiya no longer take the discount
Right after my membership renewal Mikiya no longer taking the discount, it’s the only restaurant I visit on this app, so it’s useless to me now. I emailed the support and never heard back, zero customer service for this app.
Annoying
It’s really annoying that you have can only upload your receipts while you’re there.
Dumb
It’s seriously stupid that you have to be in store and scan on the date of visit. People forget. And this is the only rewards group that doesn’t allow you to submit past visits.
