Can’t Login
I cannot login! Every time I input my phone number it shows request expired. I made a new account with my friend’s phone number but he was able to login perfectly fine. I don’t know what’s wrong with my account. There is no contact info on the website. Disappointed. Has always been a loyal customer back in China.

Good app and easy to use
Poor user accessibility/experience
When in a CHAGEE location, you can scan a barcode in the app for loyalty points. But if you aren’t wearing your glasses, good luck. I’m one of those people, and it’s embarrassing to have to ask someone to find it for you. Make the barcode prominent and easy to spot for everyone, even those not wearing their contact lenses or glasses

Honestly my first time there and everything was pretty cheap and well priced!
The milk tea is too expensive.
And the app is really poorly made, too.
