Poor user accessibility/experience
When in a CHAGEE location, you can scan a barcode in the app for loyalty points. But if you aren’t wearing your glasses, good luck. I’m one of those people, and it’s embarrassing to have to ask someone to find it for you. Make the barcode prominent and easy to spot for everyone, even those not wearing their contact lenses or glasses

Tea is delicious
Honestly my first time there and everything was pretty cheap and well priced!
The milk tea is too expensive.
And the app is really poorly made, too.
Terrible App
Downloaded the app, tried to verify phone number, no verification code was sent and the dev kit (which is visible on the app for some reason) blew up. Quite literally an unusable experience.
needs improvement
I wish this app would give me more information, like a receipt and a text of my order. when it was ordered and a countdown of when my tea will be ready.
