It’s seriously stupid that you have to be in store and scan on the date of visit. People forget. And this is the only rewards group that doesn’t allow you to submit past visits.

Great User Friendly Experience
The Chubby Club app is very useful and makes dining at any Chubby Group location very convenient, for your Chubby lovers. I like how the interface is very modern. Furthermore, the app runs very smooth and rewards/points are tracked and added quickly. Overall great user experience.

lost points
i lost my 650 points , the server did scan my QR code when im was at restaurant but when i go home and check , there is no point at all , already mailed to the chubby club support but no one ever reply

Forced messages
The app forces you to allow messages in order to use it. You can’t proceed past the set up screen unless you allow IOS notifications.

Worst app
The app requires you to scan your receipt at the restaurant; it won't scan anywhere else. I scanned my receipt when I got home and ended up losing $350 worth of points. User caution—I won't be renewing my subscription.
