The most garbage app ever
I have never seen a shopping platform where a nickname remains unavailable no matter how many times you change it. Even after adding a bunch of numbers or letters, I still couldn't register successfully. This app is absolute garbage.
So many issues
every time I try to use this app on a kiosc or to order ahead something always goes wrong and it’s super $$$$ annoying
Can’t collect coins from my coop
The collect coins button just doesn’t show up in the my coop section. I can only watch my chickens walk around… please fix this!

Tipping Should Be Optional, Not Pre-Selected
Defaulting to a 20% tip on pickup orders is disappointing. I am not receiving any additional service beyond picking up my own drink, yet the app automatically selects a tip amount unless I manually change it.
Tipping should be an intentional choice, not something customers have to opt out of every time. This design feels manipulative and creates unnecessary friction during checkout.
Please stop pre-selecting tips for pickup orders and let customers decide for themselves.
