Not bad but needs better notifications management
The app is much better than 2 stars however I noticed that even when I opted out of marketing content I still received a push notification for joining Philz rewards. This app should only let me know when my coffee is ready - that’s it. All other notifications should be disabled
Annoying “which store” pop messes up ordering
Used to be fine but now constantly asks which store in the middle of ordering and loses login credentials all the time. Ordering the same thing as yesterday should be way easier- many clicks involved
Update - the developer states the frequent “which store” notification is after a “period of inactivity”. It’s not - it reliably happens in the middle of ordering

Good coffee bad app
In 2026 I challenge anyone to find another app that crashes so often and has as many bugs - all for ordering a cup of coffee. Incredible. Such a terrible app. Randomly logs you out, location settings constantly reset. Log in should take place before having to select a location

Does not work!
This app worked long enough to get me close to a reward then it stopped working. I emailed the developer the email bounced back. I emailed Philz, no word on the app or my prior orders.
