Good coffee bad app
In 2026 I challenge anyone to find another app that crashes so often and has as many bugs - all for ordering a cup of coffee. Incredible. Such a terrible app
Does not work!
This app worked long enough to get me close to a reward then it stopped working. I emailed the developer the email bounced back. I emailed Philz, no word on the app or my prior orders.
Terrible app
Great coffee shop. Terrible app. App makes you choose location when you open which is annoying if you are at store in person. It logs you out, re-log in too often.
In app promotions do not get scanned but codes put in that are glitchy.

Unusable in its current state
The navigation is terrible but the real problem is the app not updating your order. I got the complete wrong item ordered when the app showed me the correct one. At least the locations are accurate.
Does not work
this app does not work, it is not user-friendly, I just will not order coffee because it is so hard and irritating to use
