App has become horrible
Love their food and the app used to be fine, but now it is impossible to use if you already had an account. Would love to order something to pick up at the drive thru, but cannot deal with the hassle. Fix this and I’ll come back, but not until then
Very basic
I can’t even add an eGift card to my account. The gift card I received had a card number and a pin but when I try to add it, there’s not option to input the pin and it just says no remaining balance on the card
Horrible app that now requires a mother login
They supposedly upgraded me to a OLO account! Now I have to give my info to another 3rd party? Hell no!
The app was already not great but at least I could order my food and pay for it. This is since you can’t call the store and place an order which is arcane!
Your food is good but this app now requiring me to give my personal info to another 3rd party is completely unacceptable. I’ll either stop in when I am nearby or find someplace else.

They’re not interested in making their customers have a happy online experience.
Updated this to say that the new app is worse than the one before, and I should’ve read the recent reviews before updating it. How is that fair of all of my past order history is gone??? I’ve spent a lot of money and time with this company and any record of it is now gone. My payment method is gone, and the rest of my information as well.
