New app horrible
I used to Love the old Starbird app. Never had one issue. Ordering was quick and easy. Even since the new one had rolled out it’s been awful. 90% of the time I can’t even order on it and had to go into the store to order. Constantly having different issues trying to check out. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. Logged in logged out. The issues still exist.

Garbage update
Ever since the app update my account is totally broken and inaccessible. I couldn’t even make a new account because my phone number is taken. Ridiculous. I tried reaching out to Starbird through their website and 1 month later still no reply. The food here was good but I will not eat here anymore due to this update mess and lack of communication.

Best place, worst app!
Plz revert back to your old app or create a new app that actually shows the food! It’s impossible to see the food in such small thumbnail and the app is buggy. Numerous times, it doesn’t let me place order because it can’t “connect to internet”. You must be losing so much business from having such a bad app!!

Worst ever
This update is a mess! Hard to see font, can’t use gift cards and credit cards together. Crashes to no WiFi when trying to update cart. Why have they ruined this experience?
Recent update took the app back 10 years
Why they made the update to the current UI is beyond me. App is much uglier looking than before, is more confusing to navigate, and is just not as polished. Very weird.
