Good options and best bread in the game
A great rewards app and very easy to use, their food is great for a wide variety of preferences, the only thing better are the Dutch bread! 🤌🤌
Subscriber Beware
I moved to a new area and discovered Ikes’ for the first time. I really liked what I got. On a future day and short on time, I called to place an order, intending to pick up when ready. No one answered the phone. Instead I got a recording that told me to go to their website or to load this app ok fine. Since everything else is on my phone, why not Ike’s so I downloaded. Right after this review, though, I will delete it because of all of the personal information that it requires two“sign up“.
I don’t need to take the risk of yet another company storing my personal data who knows where and sharing/selling it to who knows who, then later finding out they were hacked to get data they have no business having in the first place, all over a sandwich! (Lest you scoff, I and millions of others have experienced this and the consequences of such breaches are painful and life altering. No thanks. I just WANT A SANDWICH. Why complicate it!

Seriously?
Hey, Ike, you have some explaining to do. I’d like to see you make some changes instead of using the people’s money who built you to make you what you are today and serve them as they had served you, you work for US. It took me 15 min and a call into the store to place an order on your app. I tried to use Apple Pay, as it’s an option for payment, but it wouldn’t go through then proceeded to charge my card. I called in to ask if they got it and they told me that CORPORATE will not fix this issue. Why not? Why make it harder on everyone involved, besides yourselves? Considering how much a sandwich costs, you guys could EASILY fix the system!! An IT guy cannot cost that much since you guys already have IT guys who regularly monitor the app, FIX IT!! Not to mention the app interface itself is built like it was made 15+ years ago. The reward system SUCKS, and as a matter of fact for the trouble customers AND workers go through, you can throw out a freebie or discount here and there, regardless of points since times are hard and food isn’t a privilege. I’m not giving it one star because my boyfriend loves this place, but me? I can’t stand it.

Hi, I waited about 15 minutes for my order for my to go item and I received the wrong sandwich. I’m not happy with this and would appreciate it if you could fix the issue. Also, I don’t understand how a sandwich shop doesn’t have any hot sauce packets available to go. Thank you.”
