Locks up with coupon code

App keeps locking up after entering coupon code, then loses all items in basket.

App is awful

The UI is terrible and I’m not entirely sure if this is a known bug but it seems you can’t use coupon codes with Apple Pay, or select Apple Pay as a payment option at all. Better to just walk into the store and fkin wait…

FAQ

What is Ike's Love Rewards?

Ike's Love Rewards is a loyalty program designed to show appreciation for customers. It allows you to earn 'hearts' with every purchase, which can then be traded in for exclusive rewards. The app also features a 'Spin the Bottle' game for mystery prizes and different relationship tiers that unlock further benefits.

How do I earn rewards?

You earn hearts by making purchases, either in-store or online. For an added element of surprise, you can 'Spin the Bottle' with every purchase to receive a mystery reward. These earned hearts can then be used to 'trade' for goodies in the Ike's Heart Shop.

Is this app free to use?

Yes, the app itself is free to download and use. While there are no in-app purchases mentioned for directly buying rewards, the core functionality of earning and redeeming rewards is available to all users.

What are the different relationship statuses?

When you join, you start in the 'Friendzone'. Earning 1,500 hearts will level you up to the 'Inner Circle', and accumulating 3,000 hearts will make you an 'Ike's Lover'. These higher tiers likely offer enhanced benefits and rewards.

How long do I have to use my Spin the Bottle reward?

Rewards won through the 'Spin the Bottle' feature must be used within 4 days of the purchase that triggered the spin. It's important to check your account regularly to see what prizes you've won and to utilize them before they expire.
