Excellent user-friendly app, except….
Greatest variety of sandwiches of all the sandwich apps, with so much flexibility in customizing, ingredients, etc. Love the Zapp’s Chips! Adding a new payment card is unnecessarily difficult. The number keyboard on my iPhone obscures the input fields, so the entries are “blind”! Please fix this!
Good options and best bread in the game
A great rewards app and very easy to use, their food is great for a wide variety of preferences, the only thing better are the Dutch bread! 🤌🤌
Subscriber Beware
I moved to a new area and discovered Ikes’ for the first time. I really liked what I got. On a future day and short on time, I called to place an order, intending to pick up when ready. No one answered the phone. Instead I got a recording that told me to go to their website or to load this app ok fine. Since everything else is on my phone, why not Ike’s so I downloaded. Right after this review, though, I will delete it because of all of the personal information that it requires two“sign up“.
I don’t need to take the risk of yet another company storing my personal data who knows where and sharing/selling it to who knows who, then later finding out they were hacked to get data they have no business having in the first place, all over a sandwich! (Lest you scoff, I and millions of others have experienced this and the consequences of such breaches are painful and life altering. No thanks. I just WANT A SANDWICH. Why complicate it!

Seriously?
Hey, Ike, you have some explaining to do. I’d like to see you make some changes instead of using the people’s money who built you to make you what you are today and serve them as they had served you, you work for US. It took me 15 min and a call into the store to place an order on your app. I tried to use Apple Pay, as it’s an option for payment, but it wouldn’t go through then proceeded to charge my card. I called in to ask if they got it and they told me that CORPORATE will not fix this issue. Why not? Why make it harder on everyone involved, besides yourselves? Considering how much a sandwich costs, you guys could EASILY fix the system!! An IT guy cannot cost that much since you guys already have IT guys who regularly monitor the app, FIX IT!! Not to mention the app interface itself is built like it was made 15+ years ago. The reward system SUCKS, and as a matter of fact for the trouble customers AND workers go through, you can throw out a freebie or discount here and there, regardless of points since times are hard and food isn’t a privilege. I’m not giving it one star because my boyfriend loves this place, but me? I can’t stand it.

I am obsessed with ike’s the bread is amazing. It is my go to sub spot and you can never go wrong with the dutch bread !! Try it and thank me later. Please start doing giveaways are something !!

I really like the app, very easy to use except the tip screen disappears and I’m unable to tip with my order :(
Can’t make an order right and no customer service
after 5x, and dealing with messed up orders, I finally drive back, and all they do is remake the sandwich. Nothing to fix the cold one that awaits me at home as it’s always my daughter’s sandwich for whatever reason. Oh well, better sandwiches to be found.
BEST SANDWICH PLACE IN LA
The Matt Cain is my favorite, love the bread, freshness of all of the ingredients and the variety of options they have. I love how you can earn your points through the app unlike ordering from door dash. The staff at the DTLA location are amazing ! Great service, fast positive attitudes and they really remember their regulars. The Ikes sauce and the Dutch crunch bread are addictive! The brownies are always sooo moist and yummy and I’m not even a chocolate lover. The voodoo chips are so hard to find in LA and they always have them, they have the perfect chip brand for the delectable food! 10/10 every time

Apps good. You should list ingredients at the sandwich selection screen for easier viewing. Cumbersome having to click on each sandwich individually to see what’s comes on it

Best Sandwiches Ever
I came across Ike’s on Uber Eats, and Holy moly the taste of everything I tried so far tastes out of this world. The staff is amazing and I think I just Divorced all other sandwich shops.

My favorite spot for a sandwich…what a menu! You could eat here for a month and never have the same sandwich. If only my local shop was open later than 7pm 😭 I’d probably do just that 😂

Sandwiches good, App bad
This review is solely for the app because your sandwiches are amazing. I find it tedious to find a sandwich to order in the app because I have to click into each sandwich and read the ingredients to locate the tuna sandwiches or roast beef sandwiches or whatever I’m looking for. It feels like the app was created for people who already know which sandwich they want. Please organize the sandwiches by main ingredient or include a search function so I can easily find all the sandwiches that have turkey, chicken, beef, etc.
