Big fan of Mendocino Farms and this app is sooo good to order ahead. Love the ease of customization and that all my orders are easy to reorder in one click. Nice touches like logging in without a password and Apple Pay too!
Login glitch
Every prompt is to “create or sign into an account,” but it only follows the workflow for creating an account. I keep getting an error message that my email and phone are associated with an account. I know — I’m trying to sign in. Tech savvy and looked everywhere for a toggle or login button with no luck.

Best food
My daughter loves the salads here and she always asked us to order from there. She is an athlete at the local high school and likes to eat well.

One of the easiest food or apps I have used. Its an re-order of my favorites and Apple Pay works great as well.

Substituting tofu for chicken is free in the store but $4 extra in the app.
Account upgrade buggy OLO
I had an account for 2 years. Now it wants to “upgrade” to a new account but it fails with a bug because it says the phone # is already used. When I try another email address, it says my old address is in use (bug). when I delete the app and reinstall it, it does the same thing. I cannot order food. i give up

Super slow and doesnt submit your order
Everything you tap on is extremely slow to load. Even in the login screen, the login button is disabled for a long time and then enables. Have a loading animation here at least! When i finally added to cart and tapped submit, the thing errors with a invalid bill id error. Bye, im getting food somewhere else

Terrible Experience
Before I could log-in, this app made me create a parallel account on a different platform (Olo) which said I already had an account there, but there is no way to reset the password or log-in on other account. In short, can’t create an account, rendering this app useless.
Doesn’t even work
Wouldn’t let me add a fountain drink. Put this app in the garbage heap where it belongs - how are you a brand this big and don’t have a basic functioning app?
Easy App
You will find ordering from the Mendocino Farms app is easier and cheaper than Uber eats. The app gives you plenty of options to modify your food the way you want it. And you can always add notes towards the end. And it links right up with your Apple Pay for pick up or delivery.
Can’t select location
I’ve used app in the past. But new version will not allow me to select my location for pick up orders. Please fix this.
Doesn’t work. Guys you’re losing revenue
Always says “unable to add to shopping cart” or “error loading shopping cart” when trying to order
Can’t ever complete order anymore
I love eating hear but I’m so frustrated that the app never works for me now, at least the last 4-5 times I’ve tried. I can pick an item but when I add it to basket, the app gives me an error about loading the basket.
Update a “no” for me
Used to use the past app all the time for work. Just tried the update and it wouldn’t let me past picking a store. Why bother having a preorder app?
Terrible
Keep getting error message when trying to order. It’s been 2 weeks of the same error. “Could not load shopping basket”
