Terrible Experience
Before I could log-in, this app made me create a parallel account on a different platform (Olo) which said I already had an account there, but there is no way to reset the password or log-in on other account. In short, can’t create an account, rendering this app useless.
Doesn’t even work
Wouldn’t let me add a fountain drink. Put this app in the garbage heap where it belongs - how are you a brand this big and don’t have a basic functioning app?
Easy App
You will find ordering from the Mendocino Farms app is easier and cheaper than Uber eats. The app gives you plenty of options to modify your food the way you want it. And you can always add notes towards the end. And it links right up with your Apple Pay for pick up or delivery.
Can’t select location
I’ve used app in the past. But new version will not allow me to select my location for pick up orders. Please fix this.
Doesn’t work. Guys you’re losing revenue
Always says “unable to add to shopping cart” or “error loading shopping cart” when trying to order
Can’t ever complete order anymore
I love eating hear but I’m so frustrated that the app never works for me now, at least the last 4-5 times I’ve tried. I can pick an item but when I add it to basket, the app gives me an error about loading the basket.
Update a “no” for me
Used to use the past app all the time for work. Just tried the update and it wouldn’t let me past picking a store. Why bother having a preorder app?
Terrible
Keep getting error message when trying to order. It’s been 2 weeks of the same error. “Could not load shopping basket”
Can't sign into OLO
Competent ownership would fire the entire drive team -- the entire management team. Garbage app by garbage personnel.
Mobile drive thru option missing
My location has a mobile drive-through, but the most recent app updates do not include this

App has become horrible
Love their food and the app used to be fine, but now it is impossible to use if you already had an account. Would love to order something to pick up at the drive thru, but cannot deal with the hassle. Fix this and I’ll come back, but not until then
Very basic
I can’t even add an eGift card to my account. The gift card I received had a card number and a pin but when I try to add it, there’s not option to input the pin and it just says no remaining balance on the card

They supposedly upgraded me to a OLO account! Now I have to give my info to another 3rd party? Hell no!

They’re not interested in making their customers have a happy online experience.
Updated this to say that the new app is worse than the one before, and I should’ve read the recent reviews before updating it. How is that fair of all of my past order history is gone??? I’ve spent a lot of money and time with this company and any record of it is now gone. My payment method is gone, and the rest of my information as well.

New app is no good
The old app was much better than this current one.
Weird App
I agree with other people that the food is never ready when it’s supposed to be ready. The other issue is that I am unable to order the new seasonal items, even though they are supposed to be available already. The app is updated, so I don’t get the problem.

One of the best restaurants with the worst performing apps around. Looks poorly on the restaurant and Management. Would not recommend
Can’t even sign up
App is so bad I can’t even sign up. I press continue when I enter my email and it doesn’t even work
Updated app is glitchy
It used to work great when it seemed web based. Now this more app based experience has been plagued by bugs. Initially it would not let me order pickup, defaulting only to delivery. Then it said items were sold out in my local store, but when ordering from the website they were stocked. They must have changed things even for the website because now you can’t modify ingredients (when you try to update the item, tapping on the button does not do anything). I have mentioned it to the staff members when picking up my order, but nothing has changed yet.

Broken
The app was recently updated and it’s now broken. They force you into creating an account with some 3rd party company AND THEN the app simply doesn’t work. I added it one item to my bag but now can’t delete it or any anything else.
I hope the fix it soon. I order ahead of time because my family is BUSY and the amount of time it takes to wait in line, order, then wait for the food to be made is time lost. Now I can’t.
