Healthy & Delicious!
Our family loves eating here! All the food is fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked. With the plate pass, you can’t get a better meal for the price! The service is always kind and friendly. So many reasons this place is a family fave.

Crummy app
People who work in the Carlsbad store are awesome, very friendly. However, have not seen a worse app in many years. There is always something wrong with the app, almost like the developers never use the app and try to eat/order at Urban Plates. Other than that, big fan of the restaurant.
Great Spot
The Mission Valley Location has become one of my regular favorites. Easy in-house dining. Great for ordering online and picking up to go. The plate pass has been a tremendous bonus, it even works at the bar.
Love the food, hate the app
A great restaurant, but this app makes ordering take forever, especially when it crashes and makes you start over. Frustrating! Why can’t they just use a web based program like Toast?
