It’s our weekly place
We love UP and it’s our fav goto. We have been going almost weekly for many years now. They know our name when we walk in even. It’s consistantly fresh, healthy and orderly. The app and plate pass make it so easy to press a few buttons and go.

Payment and Bugs
The payment page and system is inoperable. There are also tons of loading bugs throughout the rest of the app. I won’t be able to purchase any longer if this isn’t fixed.
Can’t pay
Would give zero if I could. I have tried every iteration/version of this app over 15 years and NEVER lets me pay. I always have to call it in and pay in store. Every time I try the app looks different and I get hopeful then when I get to that part NEVER works.
Needs Work
Please add option to add other sides than chips or fries to sandwich/wraps!
