Love it!
Convenient and easy to use! I always use the app to order my pick up order and never have any issues. Even before the update, no issues. Getting and using the rewards too, that’s a sweet deal! Love that they have lots of pictures on the app, it helps when I’m being indecisive. I love the app gives you options to pay with gift cards and combine payment methods. Tender Greens is a gem!

This new app is awful
The new app is terrible! It’s very difficult to navigate and if you try to type in notes for an order customization, you can’t see the text box on the phone. Big thumbs down on this one. Tender Greens , you can do better.
Horrible App Update
The recent update totally ruined it. Things that required two clicks in the past now take 8. One of the worst app redesigns in the history of the Apple App Store.
Just use Postmates
They make it seem pretty cool and good, oooh avoid the fees. Yeah, too bad 3/5 times I've used it the store has just not included an item and you have to physically call the store. Well this time they decided to dispatch the order through DoorDash, not me, TG. The manager calls me back and says I have to submit my problem to DoorDash. Except I ordered through this app. He says I ordered through DoorDash, hung up on me. Anyway, now my bank is investigating them as the transaction was solely TG. Use a different app with designated customer service or you have to deal with a 19 year old manager who thinks they know the secrets to the universe while simultaneously being unable to determine how a purchase was completed. Absolutely pathetic. Seriously, just pay the fees for a different service.

Tender Greens’ app feels the same as their food lately — great idea worn down by neglect.
The most annoying bug? The “cancel” button hides under the iPhone’s battery bar. You can see it, but good luck trying to tap it.
