We're really sorry for the trouble, a membership issue like this is especially frustrating when you're paying for it monthly. We've released several updates recently with a number of fixes, so please make sure you're on the latest version. In the meantime, try logging out and back into your account as a quick troubleshooting step. Gift Card Scam - Still Terrible
Can now use ONE partial gift card at a time. Additionally, if you’re in store and have the gift card saved to your payment methods. It is impossible to use that to pay. Additionally the App will not display the gift card number for staff to help. If you try to lookup a gift card balance it brings it up in an external site / browser. Well, it tries to. It failed every time I tried.
Beyond this. The app prompts users to accept cookies on EVERY SINGLE NEW PAGE.
I wanted to like urban plates but they consistently fail to support their customers or provide an enjoyable experience.

Unable to redeem gift cards if they cannot cover a whole meal. Have a $10 gift card and a credit card on file? Want to use your gift card value up and pay the remainder on your credit card like any sane or competent application? Nope! Urban Plates does not let you do this!
Beyond that the app is clunky and online orders are always serviced poorly in person.
