Broken app
Wont let me add to order unless i add a previous order cannot modify it to 0 to cancel either. I cant wait 15 mins for them and need the app to order. Food is fine, but with a broken app i wont be ordering lunch from here again. Need to invest in fixing the app.
BYOB 2 Bowls for $25 is BOGUS
Deal was promoted for online or in app purchases only but app is auto selecting a second protein for both bowls (chopped chicken and I selected gyro for both) then states the promo will not apply to items in my cart. Called restaurant and they can’t honor the deal. You need better testers-don’t offer a promo if your app can’t support it!

The app is absolute trash. It constantly glitches and doesn’t work properly. Every time I place an order, it says the payment didn’t go through and tells me to try again but the payment actually does go through. Because of this, I miss my entire order, but my card still gets charged.
So you basically lose money and get no food. This has happened more than once. Until the app actually works and stops charging people incorrectly, I wouldn’t recommend ordering through it at all.

1 star simply because they lock menu items behind their app
The build your own bowl is locked behind their app and can’t be ordered in stores. This is absolutely just an excuse to harvest user data…1 star.
App doesn’t work!
Open the app and it never goes past the opening screen. Ive uninstalled the app and reinstalled and still it doesnt work.
