Delivery speed and tracking need improvement
Weee has a great selection of items, but the delivery is incredibly slow, and they don’t provide a delivery window until day of. It’s difficult to plan your day around the grocery delivery because of the lack of information. Additionally, order tracking is nigh on useless. It doesn’t show you where your driver is, only the time your order is “scheduled” to arrive. I wanted to love this service but it’s not any more convenient than just going to the store myself. Can’t say I’d recommend it.

I called about my missing order and the agent was very apathetic. Did not cared at all about losing my business.
Can’t change language
For some reason when I opened the app it was all in Mandarin Chinese. I went to my phone settings to change it to English. When I closed the app entirely and went back, it was still all in Mandarin. I tried going through and translating all the in app options to see if I could change the language there, but I couldn’t. Immediately after I just deleted the account I had made and the app cause it’s not worth the trouble lmao.

Confusing delivery fees
Every time I place an order, it says I need to add a certain amount to get free delivery but when I do add the amount stated, it asks for a different amount again.
Very Disappointed Service
I ordered a hot pot, but it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the seller immediately, but they refused to take responsibility or offer a solution. I then reached out to the platform for assistance, but never received any response. Both the seller and the platform completely failed to provide customer support. Very disappointing experience. I will not be using this platform again.

Does not ship all items
We ordered from wee in Naples fl. The Korean food came but Vietnamese food was missing. Weee refused refund because the driver took a photo of the delivered bags by our door. What a bunch of amateurs. H-mart ships to us! So we will try that next’s

While on tour also we Indian prefer specific brands for pantry, spices etc and Weee provides it which is not only value for money thing but also gives immense foreign satisfaction in foreign land ! Thanks Weee🙏

I wont recommend this app at all
I usually never leave reviews on the App store, but this app has a terrible customer service. My package got stolen as it was delivered two days after I ordered, they only compensated me for points (which i dont mind) and said “if similar incidents happen again, we cannot compensate again”. As if it was my fault that someone took my package. Yeah just use Doordash or Uber Eats instead.
