I wont recommend this app at all
I usually never leave reviews on the App store, but this app has a terrible customer service. My package got stolen as it was delivered two days after I ordered, they only compensated me for points (which i dont mind) and said “if similar incidents happen again, we cannot compensate again”. As if it was my fault that someone took my package. Yeah just use Doordash or Uber Eats instead.

Pattern of missing items. Quality has significantly decreased
I used to rely on this app religiously for all my grocery needs. The past three deliveries have had numerous missing items, accounting for almost 1/3 of the order which is ridiculous. I suspect that they run out of the item and force the customer to submit a request for refund instead of proactively fixing the issue. This is an extremely unreliable service. I recommend using Uber Eats or instacart for groceries instead.

Skip it. These idiot can’t get packages delivered without them being destroyed
Two orders in a row have been completely destroyed. The last one I got three of the four glass containers were broken, and this last order was so bad that FedEx didn’t even bother delivering it. They just issued a return statement. This company is a joke. Thousands of orders are sent out via different delivery methods, and thousands of those orders arrive perfectly intact. Two orders in a row tells me these jacka$$es don’t need to be in business anymore.

Most disgusting app and shameless team who cannot provide goods on time . Expect me to be polite when they fail to do the basic what was asked . Makes you wait for eternity no conscience no accountability such a waste app and management. All big talks but always fail . One of the worst app. Can turn a loyal customer to ardent hater . Worst app .

Love that Weee is super convenient, however the only downside is, is that I wished they had more meat options as well as more options in general.
Great app for Asian products
Uses to have take a drive in Brooklyn to an Asian neighborhood markets and stores to get what you want, with this app you can search the many available products to be delivered to you door. So far everything that I ordered came in as described and tasted amazing. There were a couple of items that was either spoiled or did not taste the way it should. Wee customer service issues refunds immediately. Just make sure you take pictures of all items when you receive delivery

As long as they can be continue being this way, I’ll keep supporting wee. 1. Convenient 2. They only charged a small service delivery fee. 3. The packages are mostly neat, and organized. 4. Vegetables are fresh and clean. I personally only write reviews to those who truly sincerely do good business for customers

I love how wee having stuff that Asian store doesn’t have. They delivery on time and just few of the time missing your stuff. But there one thing i have to said its took for ever for them to have new item on the site! And the price is so higher now. Those are a no no wee!
