Unfortunately this app can’t be used when traveling in China where the coffee is as good as Starbucks but half the price.
Good coffee, terrible experience
Can’t add milk to my coffee using the app. Employees don’t know why, and don’t seem to care. All I wanted was a coffee and instead this “experience” takes much longer than it needs to. Pls just fix your app, most people in the US use iOS, make it work.
Not recommended
The app is annoying to use. It has pop ups and inaccurate pricing information. It’s difficult to discern which beverages can be made fully dairy free or which have dairy ingredients as their base. It’s not worth the hassle of navigating this app to order a beverage.
Reorder bug
Reordering a previous order has a confusing UX where it automatically changes the location to the closest location to you, rather than the location you had previously ordered at. I often reorder on my way home and so it automatically picks the wrong location, very annoying and confusing
Doesn’t work in Hong Kong
For some reason the USA and China saps and accounts are separate. Wouldn’t be an issue except you can’t order at the HK locations without an account.
