Update has broken app
For weeks, every time I attempt to place an order, I conform to Naya’s new “systems” by typing in my phone number, only to be given an error notice: “That phone number already exists in our systems.” I can no longer place orders; the app is functionally useless. The food is great, but sadly, I rarely go anymore.

Naya App experience team need to get their act together
Broken app experience every single time i try to login, missing rewards details to credits altogether. Keeping one star just the good food we get served, but there is only a high probability of messing up key ingredients of the order prompting checkup on pickup. You would be safe just skipping app experience altogether and standing in line at the store.

Account mismatch
I registered an account previously with mobile number and now I don’t remember which email I used for previous account. I re registered with my email currently and cannot order on app any more because whenever I tried to order it says my phone number is registered already and ask me to login with previous account but I don’t know what email to use
