Store is great, app is garbage
Took two tries with app crashing on the first try to order. Second try it ordered and gave me a confirmation email and everything. When I got to the store they had no record of my order, the manager apologized and made my food anyway. Next time I will just order in store.

Really good food but the app is wonky and shouldn’t be the friction point it is
Unable Add Card
App is unusable because it will not let you add a card on file. The bug says “enter full billing address” when you’ve already did that. Why don’t they just ask for the card number and billing zip code like any other normal business? Or even use Apple Pay like any other business in 2026? Waste of time.
