not good.
the app is reallyyyyyyyy slow
Delicious
Tasty Value
Ordered on laptop but it didn’t make it to the Naya system
Title has all the info
Awful
This app STAYS pissing me off. Always crashing and genuinely sucking a big one
Great price
I’m thankful to get a meal under $8.00. I needed it after a disaster decision yesterday. Thank you
Room for improvement
It would be nice if I was able to leave notes for the store about each item. Also, I no longer received a text with the tracking details.
Update has broken app
For weeks, every time I attempt to place an order, I conform to Naya’s new “systems” by typing in my phone number, only to be given an error notice: “That phone number already exists in our systems.” I can no longer place orders; the app is functionally useless. The food is great, but sadly, I rarely go anymore.

Naya App experience team need to get their act together
Broken app experience every single time i try to login, missing rewards details to credits altogether. Keeping one star just the good food we get served, but there is only a high probability of messing up key ingredients of the order prompting checkup on pickup. You would be safe just skipping app experience altogether and standing in line at the store.

Tasty
The food from here is fresh and delicious
Nice app
The app is simple and easy to follow. Step by step screen makes ordering easy
Account mismatch
I registered an account previously with mobile number and now I don’t remember which email I used for previous account. I re registered with my email currently and cannot order on app any more because whenever I tried to order it says my phone number is registered already and ask me to login with previous account but I don’t know what email to use

Terrible app
Really good food but the app is poorly built and flaky. It shouldn’t be a friction point which makes me less likely to order Naya, but it is.
Worst ever
Worst interface experienced so far. It took me 5 times and 2 adults to place an order. Without Amex incentive this would have dined a long time ago. Sad as you are across the street.
I can’t even send this note easily!!!!
I can’t even send this note easily!!!!
The system
The system is flawed
Very bad app
Very unusable. Can’t change pick up location when reordering. Lose options when after back from another app
Store is great, app is garbage
Took two tries with app crashing on the first try to order. Second try it ordered and gave me a confirmation email and everything. When I got to the store they had no record of my order, the manager apologized and made my food anyway. Next time I will just order in store.
Food great not app
Really good food but the app is wonky and shouldn’t be the friction point it is
Unable Add Card
App is unusable because it will not let you add a card on file. The bug says “enter full billing address” when you’ve already did that. Why don’t they just ask for the card number and billing zip code like any other normal business? Or even use Apple Pay like any other business in 2026? Waste of time.

Amazing
My favorite food place!
App
Maybe it’s time to consider improving your app to boost its speed. Ordering feels like it takes ages!
