Account mismatch
I registered an account previously with mobile number and now I don’t remember which email I used for previous account. I re registered with my email currently and cannot order on app any more because whenever I tried to order it says my phone number is registered already and ask me to login with previous account but I don’t know what email to use

Terrible app
Really good food but the app is poorly built and flaky. It shouldn’t be a friction point which makes me less likely to order Naya, but it is.
Worst ever
Worst interface experienced so far. It took me 5 times and 2 adults to place an order. Without Amex incentive this would have dined a long time ago. Sad as you are across the street.

The system is flawed
Very bad app
Very unusable. Can’t change pick up location when reordering. Lose options when after back from another app
Store is great, app is garbage
Took two tries with app crashing on the first try to order. Second try it ordered and gave me a confirmation email and everything. When I got to the store they had no record of my order, the manager apologized and made my food anyway. Next time I will just order in store.
Food great not app
Really good food but the app is wonky and shouldn’t be the friction point it is
Unable Add Card
App is unusable because it will not let you add a card on file. The bug says “enter full billing address” when you’ve already did that. Why don’t they just ask for the card number and billing zip code like any other normal business? Or even use Apple Pay like any other business in 2026? Waste of time.

Could be better. What’s the point of ordering with a time slot, it’s never ready, and you waste your time. A notification would help that
Annoying order interface
I tried three times to order on the Naya app. (1)After I assemble an order, I am directed to log in. So I log in but then my order is lost and I have to reassemble the order. (2) I am trying to order at 8:30 pm, and the list of Naya shops says a branch is open, but then I am directed to schedule the order for the next morning. I never completed the order.

It’s 2026 man how is this app still so clunky. It’s not intuitive at all. Good food but it’s tough
More customization
I like double picked and double olives so I always have to order in store because there’s no option to do that in the app. That’s my only complaint. I love Naya sooooo much it always tastes so fresh and flavorful

i like naya food, which is why it's so frustrating that this app makes it borderline impossible to put in an order. every click has a 10s loading spinner, items randomly drop from cart or double in quantity, payment screen fails, etc
