They charge you when restaurant isn’t open!

I live in New York City, where there are hundreds of Chopt restaurants and occasionally they close them all on a Saturday or Sunday midday but when I go to order my salad on the mobile app, it does not bother to tell me that the delivery will not come until Monday morning! This constitutes robbery, they’re charging you for a product that they cannot deliver to you. A simple line of code, reminding the user that their food will not come for 1 to 2 days is all this would take to correct. PLEASE fix this.

Absolutely Miserable

Don’t use this app if you actually want to get your food delivered. The store manager advised me not to use the Chopt app, but to use DoorDash instead. The is a shocking admission about how bad the app is!
