When I’m hungry, glitches and order errors drive me crazy. With the Chopt app submitting and receiving my is quick and accurate.
Absolutely Miserable
Don’t use this app if you actually want to get your food delivered. The store manager advised me not to use the Chopt app, but to use DoorDash instead. The is a shocking admission about how bad the app is!

Late order
Ordered over 30 minutes before pick up and still had to wait 10 minutes.
App is good - operations are not
I ordered ahead. Order was not ready on time and there was no line. Told staff twice and they continued to bring out other orders / not the first time I’ve experienced this. Just order in the restaurant / it’s faster.
Reward program is terrible
I find the application of the rewards to future orders to be about the worst customer experience ever. Rethink this part of the app. Love the restaurant and food, but this is a gap.

Promo not working
I don’t understand why they have a promotion but it doesn’t work on the app. It’ll say your order qualifies yet won’t take the money off. I’ve reached out to CS and they clearly didn’t do anything. At this point it’s a competency issue. All of these salad spots. I’ll take my money somewhere else.
I eat here weekly
The food is fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully curated to be extremely flavorful. Salmon is always cooked perfectly, never dry. The menu changes a little with the season. The staff is friendly, they even know my usual order lol. The restaurant is clean!!!
Huge Fan
My favorite fast casual meal by far. Much better flavors, variety and mix of bowls and handhelds than Sweet Green, Just Salad and the others.

Perfect for ordering ahead instead of waiting on kiosk line. Have your lunch ready for you before you even Come in.

Can’t redeem physical gift card
Real garbage app. Can’t redeem a physical gift card in the app. Also can’t add transactions details in the app for missed rewards scan. Would not recommend. 0/10.

Not easy to search for locations, past orders…all the stuff that would make the user experience a lot better

Cannot add a payment method
1) Their Website does not function.
2) Their App does not work: I added a payment method Twice (a Chase CC) and the app automatically deleted the payment method both times & gave the error message: “Too many tries”.
Beyond that the App is Non-functional.

Amazing!
This place is definitely a hidden gem. I have eaten there at least once a week since discovered! The food is extremely fresh and there are so many options! I would recommend to anyone!
