One of the best delivery apps
It’s good, better than uber, but need’s expanding
It’s good. I do it in London. It works well and it’s a good app. The issue is the area of the map is too small compared to Deliveroo. The app is well organised and vendors take it seriously, which is good for drivers. They always pay on time which is nice.
They need to expand the delivery network, it’s too small, not enough shops. Also they need to enhance quality management, for example ensuring couriers have the right equipment.
However similar to ROO, they have the basics in place. It needs to get more restaurants and shops etc.
