为了不给0.45每单的等级奖励，直接把大师骑士给关了不让升
所有要求都满足的情况下，升不上去，懂得都懂
而且还克扣小费，之前作为外卖大户天天给小费，现在当骑手了才知道小费根本不能全部到手，说白了客人小费给的多，饭团自己就给的少，就是不让骑手多赚一分
