I did over 200 orders in the month and qualified for the bonus. The pay out said 2 days after completion I’ll be paid the bonus. I was never paid the bonus. The delivery addresses are always wrong. Very disorganized. Some shop owners like noodle gourmet he is very rude to drivers. Other apps pay way more. Some days you may only get 1 order every 2 hours. Waste of gas and time

They are bunch of scammers whit low quality system that don’t add money to your account at all

Disrespectful
It may a nice app and all. But mostly the merchants and customers were very rude to me. I’m not happy. They said there was a spill but there is no spill. I checked it thoroughly. The customers were lying because they just don’t like to waste money on other delivery services like Me. Way too rude and disrespectful.

Deactivation issue
I didn’t even did anything on my 1st order they made me deactivated literally on my first order because the customer entered wrong address and I followed that address but they got me deactivated customer complained that I am harassing them I need my account back
The worst delivery app
New Merchants or ones that don't speak any English, often don’t give a proper address or information for you to find their restaurant and there are far too many that are ghost kitchens or restaurants at the same address but labelled as a completely different restaurant that's not advertised at all.
I've had to cancel orders due to addresses not even being found or listed on google maps and the dispatch team is NOT helpful at all, they just tell you “well other couriers have found the address so don't know why you’re having problems” - meanwhile if you were to look up the reviews of customers for that place on google maps, there are many complaints about customers not even being able to find the restaurant to pick up their order.
I've even called merchants directly and been hung up on and had my
Number blocked because I tried to ask where they were located and they didn't speak

I have never received any scam messages before, but only one week after registering for Fantuan, I started receiving fraudulent texts. I suspect this platform may have sold my personal information. I have already written a report to the FBI regarding this matter.
Disorganized
Tried to join this app, and its onboarding is disorganized. They tried to have me deliver before passing a background check. I was being given attitude when asking questions. They couldn’t figure out how to help me set up direct deposit because I needed a blank check when I provided my account and routing number. They refused to identify themselves. Will still

Poor Interface and Rider Support
This application never pays on time. Also, the pay is so less as compared to other applications. They never calculate the distance from the current location to the pick up point. The pay is very low for every mile. The customer support for the writers is pretty bad and worse as they don’t understand English most of the time and they have to translate it. Giving the suggestion to have a look on the apps like Uber eats – or GrubHub and just look at the interface is super smooth and easy to access. I hope so the developers and the owner of this app have a look. And do the payments on time as per the law and agreement or they would land into problems in California. Even the prop 22 pay is less, thank you.

They don’t tip and you will be waiting 30+ mins to even get a order then once you reach a store it takes them another 30 mins to even prepare the order, app needs to improve on where you can make the most earnings and it should show the time period that it recommends for you to go active. Like it should show peak times before like how Uber Eats delivery does it.
