Ghosted payment
I have tried several times to contact Hungry Panda support for Melbourne but no one is responding.How will I get my delivery payment ? I did delivery and no payment has been initiated.Why , why do this to your drivers ? Is this how hungry panda service works ? I need answers today

为什么没有每日背单时长，在线时长显示
虽然有留学生资格在活动的28小时限制，但是app不提供每日跑单时长或者在线时长统计。无法向入管局提供客观工作时长证明。希望能完善！

It’s pretty busy in the area I deliver, and there is high paying times, they pay on time, no complaints mostly

Payments are Paid differently from other delivery apps like can u drive 15min to deliver a order and they just paid me 3.4$

Lack of Transparency During Recruitment
The recruitment process lacks transparency. I asked about training, working hours, and delivery patterns before attending, but was repeatedly told everything would be explained during training. Basic questions should have clear answers before asking applicants to commit their time.

The worst delivery app
This is the worse delivery app ever!! The customer support doesn’t help you, some of them are rude, they choose which drivers will get more orders, the AI system it’s a garbage and don’t know how to calculate the timing of the orders, the map giving us wrong directions!! Trash app

The app doesn't show earnings
After this update, the total daily, weekly, and monthly earnings aren't displayed anymore. If you want to know how much money you made today, you'll have to add up each transaction yourself. If you want to check your daily earnings from before, you'll need to look through the second and third-level menus. I don't know what the purpose of this update is though?
