Poor service and disappointed user experience
First, the delivery times are extremely long. Most of my orders take at least an hour, and one order took about 3 hours. I placed the order around 6 PM and did not receive it until around 9 PM.
Second, the customer service is poor and the cancellation process makes no sense. About 5 minutes after placing that 3-hour order, I tried to cancel because the app showed such a long delivery time. HungryPanda told me I had to contact the restaurant myself. I called the restaurant, but they refused to cancel because they said they had already started preparing the food. I find that very confusing: if the estimated delivery time is 3 hours, why is the order already impossible to cancel only 5 minutes after placing it?
Even worse, neither side wanted to take responsibility. The restaurant basically said it was not their problem, while HungryPanda also said it was not their responsibility. As a customer, I was simply passed back and forth with no real help.
Finally, on another order, the delivery driver left my food in a location where there was a clearly posted sign saying that packages were not allowed to be left there. As a result, I could not find the food afterward. Despite this, HungryPanda refused to give me a refund.

Very bad app
I ordered food and it took so long to deliver, almost an hour and half when the app says 24 minutes. The food turns out to be cold, I had to heat it up, very bad experience. Also the delivery person only spoke English and the platform is Chinese, my roommate couldn’t speak English, that’s why she used this app, now she lost her food because she couldn’t communicate with the delivery person, I will not use this app again

we wasted both time communicating with the driver who didn’t even deliver our food and time trying to get refund for their mistake which they did not give. horrible experience overall. work on your policies

速度有夠慢 商家出餐一個小時了沒外送員 外送員領餐了一直留在原地不送 不知道是在等併單還是怎樣 我下單一個半小時將近兩個小時了 外送送過來都冷的 也沒有任何賠償 聯絡客服裝死不回覆 沒有任何管道可以申請客訴 如果喜歡吃冷飯的那你會非常喜歡這個程式 否則真的不要用^_^

There will be no next time from me unless you refund me for ruining an entire night.
I don’t recommend this app at all. My meal arrived over an hour late and was stone cold when it finally showed up. I contact support to complain, but they refused to give a refund or even acknowledge the issue. Totally unacceptable service - I’ll be deleting the app and won’t be ordering again

Holy heck, this app is horrible and I wish I read the reviews before downloading. I was influenced by the $8 off on the drinks but I deeply regret that now because nothing works. It says it costs $0 for the membership until the next month and yet it charges you immediately. You can’t get it delivered to your home and the app is slow as hell. I couldn’t even order anything in the end and this was a mistake. Deep regret.
