I ordered at 6.12pm. Restaurant took 20 minutes to prepare. Estimated to deliver by 7pm. BUT SOMEHOW I Didn’t receive until 8????????? Sticking with other apps because this is a waste of time.

This app would intentionally delay delivery time and charge you extra money. Totally a fraud, be cautious!

客服已经烂到令人发指的程度，几乎和诈骗没区别！送餐迟到个半小时一小时已经家常便饭，早前好歹可以从订单联系客服，如今客服会藏在各种奇葩按钮后面，更恶劣的是有时能看到有时看不到！显然是一种故意增加反馈摩擦的手段！而且故意把送餐迟到的反馈和客服分开，你去反映情况他只是机械的AI说稍等，你问要真人客服，他就让你去找你根本找不到的客服按钮！总之就是各种小手段让你无法有效反馈！这在澳洲应该已经到触犯消费者权益保护法的程度了吧？玩各种猫腻，送餐员永远手里都拿几十个单，客服永远难以联络，这样做生意简直是华人之耻！

Stupid
I ordered two drinks and when I got the drinks the delivery person handed them to me and when I opened the package both of my drinks were half way down and it spilled in the bag. I confronted the driver and I asked if she could go back to the store and get me a new one but she didn’t want to because “it’s so far” like what??? And apparently she didn’t know she spilled so I took a picture for evidence and contacted the support team but they started asking all these questions and I answered with evidence but yet they did not want to give me a refund on a drink I couldn’t drink because it was all gone! Worst customer service ever like why ask a question if you’re just not going to give me my money back???

expensive and slow
they consistently charge 15$ or more for just the delivery fee and then another 7-8$ for “service fee” all for it to take 20-30min longer than the already very long delivery time (usually 1hr for a restaurant 5km away)

I was a victim of an sms spam attack. The hacker then tried to charge my credit card with an $800 transaction. This was after ordering on this app.

The company culture is deeply disappointing, especially the leadership in the European market. Their attitude comes across as arrogant, as if it’s always the merchant’s fault, always the customer’s fault, and never the platform’s. From top to bottom, they seem convinced they can do no wrong.
Instead of taking responsibility and resolving issues, they tend to shift the blame. Even delivery drivers can be rude to customers without any meaningful accountability.
I hope the company starts listening to both merchants and customers instead of believing it is always right. Wishing you all the best.

虚假折扣，活动，配送又很慢
服務極差
平台默許騎手一次接多單 取餐一小時還不送達 態度極差 事後客服處理問題看似補償 實則沒有解決問題本質 住偏遠地區 已經說明沒有外送平台店家可以點餐 給一張有有效期限的紅包 是要讓我為了一張$7補償紅包 開五個小時去市區點一個滿$30才能使用的$7補償紅包嗎？

The worst food delivery app
Don’t use this food delivery app. The estimated delivery time was 25 minutes, but the rider kept delaying it, and the final delivery time ended up being 1 hour and 25 minutes!
Riders usually take 3 to 8 orders at the same time, which causes serious delays.
Customer service is always handled by AI, and there is never a real human agent. When an order is delayed, you still can’t cancel it, and customers have no proper way to make a complaint. All we can do is wait, like fools!
It’s honestly worse than Uber Eats.

First of all, it takes longer delivery time than other apps. In the last 5 times I ordered from the app, 2 of them had delivery issues. To be more specific, the issue was they had to replace delivery person after the food was ready, which delayed further. Secondly, they have this mandatory fees for each order, not delivery fee but something called lowest wage fee. I mean, delivery people are your employees or contractors, shouldn’t the app/ the business be the one pay for it????
