Bring back the sustainability green rating!!

The guide used to have a green leaf symbol to indicate sustainable places that source good ingredients. Then, Michelin partnered with Sysco, a huge food provider, and they got rid of this indicator. Please divorce from Sysco, and beware that inclusions in the guide may be influenced from the partnership.

I can no longer trust the Michelin guide as a standard of the best restaurants in the world. They have partnered with a commoditized, mass market brand… Inexcusable for a premium Independent review organization.

Questionable Hotels

There are a couple of hotels I’ve seen that unfortunately did not meet the standard we expect with Michelin and left me wondering how they got on the list. This makes me not trust the app.

Ich verwende den Guide Michelin häufig und habe für Restaurant und Hotelbewertung folgende Vorschläge,
Restaurants: für die beste Küche müsste es 2 gleichberechtigte Varianten geben, innovative und moderne Küche und einfache Küche mit besten Zutaten und höchster Kochkunst(gilt auch für moderne Küche)
Hotels: Hotels mit hohem Luxus, guten Service, gute Lage, auch hier gibt es 2 gleichberechtigte Varianten, große internationale Hotels und kleine romantische Hotel.
Ich glaube ich spreche hier für ein eher sehr anspruchsvolles Klientel. Ihnen weiterhin viel Erfolg!

Really not worth it

Tons of restaurants promoted but it doesn’t show you the stars. Why even use the app if it doesn’t display the ratings?
