I’ve tried multiple times to login and app freezes every time
Can’t make reservations when checkout
Your backend sucks.about to make the reservation but fail since merchandise is sold out. Why inventory does not update. The tech is older than 2010
Great Platform
I’ve been a fan of tock for years. The app is easy to use and the restaurants using it seem to be a bit nicer.
Setup app
I created and verified my email address on the www, and then when you download this horrible app, you try to login it doesn’t recognize you. What is the use of having an app if you can’t get into it? And the search engine trying to find a restaurant that uses this app, doesn’t give me everything within a 10 or 20 mile radius. It’s rather useless.

Buggy and Tock won’t acknowledge their mistake
Reservation was made for July 3rd, the app errored out but got confirmation email with wrong date. Support makes it so that when you reply to their email response it bounces. They refused to help and got charged for the reservation for the wrong day. I may not be able to make reservations at certain restaurants because this buggy app is used by many restaurants but I will not use this app and risk being out over $500 again
