Why did I pay $15 for a monthly fee to see six (6) total reservation options in the entire city of New York City on Friday night?? (And two of those are for non-prime hours and one is for a group of 7…)
App has no real options, fake reservations
Final straw for me was the mothers day notification “you can do better” get outta here with that garbage trash fake app
I get reservation alerts but opens to wrong page
There is a weird bug now that I get a reservation alert for something that I have set an alert for and when I click it, it opens me up to the Restaurant page, and it says that there are a reservations available, but you literally can’t even click the button to see it. It’s not like they’re just getting snatched up quickly. The functionality is missing to a few the reservation itself.

Formal request to not notify us that our reservation has been picked up until AFTER the initial 5 minutes has passed. Please!!!!! Also, the app should be more clear about who currently is responsible for potential cancellation fees, as someone held my res for 30+ minutes but when they dropped it still showed under my reservations; I feel like after 30 mins it should move to that persons account. But overall this is a great app and customer service (Miranda) is so quick to respond and so helpful!!!!! Just could use some improvements
