Why did I pay $15 for a monthly fee to see six (6) total reservation options in the entire city of New York City on Friday night?? (And two of those are for non-prime hours and one is for a group of 7…)
App has no real options, fake reservations
Final straw for me was the mothers day notification “you can do better” get outta here with that garbage trash fake app
I get reservation alerts but opens to wrong page
There is a weird bug now that I get a reservation alert for something that I have set an alert for and when I click it, it opens me up to the Restaurant page, and it says that there are a reservations available, but you literally can’t even click the button to see it. It’s not like they’re just getting snatched up quickly. The functionality is missing to a few the reservation itself.

Formal request to not notify us that our reservation has been picked up until AFTER the initial 5 minutes has passed. Please!!!!! Also, the app should be more clear about who currently is responsible for potential cancellation fees, as someone held my res for 30+ minutes but when they dropped it still showed under my reservations; I feel like after 30 mins it should move to that persons account. But overall this is a great app and customer service (Miranda) is so quick to respond and so helpful!!!!! Just could use some improvements

I love checking resx regularly and I always end up with a spontaneous dinner in a restaurant I’ve been trying to get a reservation at for ages!!! Great concept, love using it and love talking about it!
Crashes ALL the Time
Any time I get an alert and try to go into the app to grab the reservation, the app crashes. Not worth the money at all.
Only way to get good tables in NY!
Love the app. Big insta fan and this makes my life so much easier. Both paid and unpaid versions are 🤌🏼🤌🏼
Excellent App, Too Many Bugs
I love the premise and functionality of ResX, but it’s quite buggy. I often get notifications for reservations that I’ve already been taken and find that to be discouraging.

Genius idea…and makes life so much easier and eases the stress of making reservations weeks in advance. I love this app and love that it allows you to get last minute reservations and list your reservations last minute when plans change. Will continue to use this app, it’s amazing!
Phenomenal App
I can always lean on ResX to help me find the best available reservation. It has also introduced me to so many new restaurants! It’s become my go-to for both convenience and discovering great new spots!
