Waste of time
The delivery time shown on Swiggy before placing the order and making the payment is much shorter. However, after the order is confirmed, the delivery keeps getting delayed and takes significantly longer than the estimated time.
This is misleading for customers, as we place the order based on the delivery time shown before payment. Please ensure that the estimated delivery time is accurate and that orders are delivered within the promised time.

WORST APP EVER
If I could give 0 stars I would. They charged me money and never delivered my food. I waited for an hour. It said driver is here but he’s not even here. Even when I ask for help in the app, I get a chat bot that doesn’t resolve anything. They didn’t even give me a refund and never gave me my food.
Express delivery
Paid extra charges for express delivery but driver showed up late even after chosen express delivery
There are a thousand buttons and a million pop ups
I just want to place my order, seems like I have to watch youtube videos on how to place order on swiggy
About timing
It takes more time to deliver the timing still the same so I don’t like the app please make sure order should deliver faster
