I did not receive all items in my order and I spoke to 15 support persons…I did not receive refund nor the order….I don’t recommend pre paid option on this app.

Extremely frustrating experience for NRI users.
I already have an account with the Swiggy India app, but when I try to sign in, the app redirects me to the Sign Up flow instead. It then shows an error saying, “Multiple accounts detected on this device. Please use an account used earlier for access.”
This is especially frustrating for NRIs who use Swiggy to order food and groceries for parents, family, and friends in India. International users may have different phone numbers, devices, or account configurations, and the app should provide a clear way to access an existing account.
Swiggy needs to seriously improve the login/account experience for NRI users. A basic sign-in issue like this can completely prevent customers from placing an order.
Please fix this. The current experience is incredibly disappointing.
