Everytime i order meal but one item always missing
Yesterday i order two item but deliver only one. I am very disappointed

I wish all items available at all times. It is frustrating items when available
Worst customer service
They don't care when we report them about wrong item or food quality. They don't even let the restaurant know that the customer complained about something so that the issue will be fixed. All they want is money nothing else.
Sub standard restaurants in the list
Swiggy is allowing substandard restaurants in the app, don't be deceived by the colourful pictures. If you visit the actual place you will not even step in. Swiggy also allows these so called restaurants to package food in newspapers.

There is no option to scan and pay, I have upi payment app on different phone which makes it difficult to pay for orders
Lost my business
User experience is terrible. Basic login workflow is faulty . Dumb idiot would have built it . I am sorry to see a reputed brand has such terrible design . No wonder India is losing the AI race
Zomato is so much better
I would give Swiggy a zero star if I could. Won’t let me cancel subscription and customer service is absolutely useless they don’t even listen to what you are saying and repeat the same thing. They are not transparent of their policies before hand and expect customers to be ok. Zomato is so much better.
