I know Swiggy did a good job but it’s so irritating . My account can’t do online payment but I want to order from Swiggy . When I try to add another upi ID . There is no option and they can’t do COD also. How can I used ur app when I don’t have any means.
Fake delivery times
They always show fake delivery times. The initial time shown is not correct. Time keeps extending by few minutes until the order is hugely delayed. Zomato is more reliable

Reloading issue
I’ve been trying to change the delivery address after ordering and it will let me change until a delivery agent is assigned. The problem is whenever I’m trying to change the address it says reload the page. It seems like a scam as only the delivery change address is not working. Feels like a scam than a bug.

I order from sweets and gulab restaurant srinagar Sanawar and after two hours they are saying road block which is totally lie and there was no roadblock when reorder from same area and reached in 20 minutes . And when i ask for refund they are saying it will take four days . What a joke .
