Extremely disappointing experience with Burger King.
I placed my order at 10:15 PM and waited nearly 40 minutes without any update. At 10:55 PM, I finally received a message stating that my order had been cancelled. By then, almost all nearby restaurants had already closed for the night, leaving us with no option to order food despite being hungry.
To make matters worse, the payment was deducted from my account immediately, but even after two business days, I have still not received my refund. I also tried calling the number provided in the cancellation message to seek assistance, only for someone to answer and simply say it was the wrong number. That was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
The lack of communication, delayed cancellation, unresolved refund, and incorrect customer support contact made this one of the worst food ordering experiences I've had. Customers deserve timely updates, reliable support, and prompt refunds when orders are cancelled. I sincerely hope Burger King improves its customer service and order management because this experience was completely unacceptable.

Need improvement
I had ordered family meal waited for more than hours and suddenly after more than hour it’s shows order canceled without any reason without informing me and when I tried to contact customer care they not answered when i called available restaurant number which was Borivali East Burger King it is switched off now what should i do and I dont even known when i get refund and they are going to pay me back or not idk but this is happening first time with me it’s not expected Burger King kindly improve
