Pathetic Payment Experience with EasyDinner
I had a very frustrating experience while making a payment through the EasyDinner application at a restaurant. The payment kept showing as “waiting” and did not complete. When I contacted customer care, the executive advised me to make another payment.
Within 10 minutes, both payments were deducted successfully, resulting in a double charge. After that, customer care simply informed me that the extra amount would be refunded in 5 to 7 working days, which is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable for an issue caused by their own system.
This shows poor payment handling, lack of proper guidance from customer support, and no immediate resolution for customers. Such experiences seriously affect trust in the app. I would not recommend using EasyDinner unless their payment system and customer support improve significantly
