There is no support. There is no delivery. Not sure why they have elks app.. they asked me to rechargej and scammed me all the money.. no place to ask for support also

You lost one loyal customer
I used to buy a coffee every few days from your marine lines store since a year or two. But by making it compulsory to download the app to buy anything at the store is the worst decision ever. It is the most frustrating experience to go through. And if you cant find something on the app then call your customer care where you will always find a waiting.
The layers you have created for me to buy a simple coffee is the best way to loose loyal customers. And for what - to get my data and send me marketing messages and emails. If i ever get a message from you , be sure you’re blocked .
And why the hell should i be compelled to give you my data to buy something

Staff is hardworking, smiling, and friendly, which made the whole experience welcoming. Also gave some really good suggestions from the menu.
Chai Tea Latte was excellent and the walnut banana tea cake was absolutely amazing.. moist, flavorful and a perfect pairing with the drink.
Overall, a great experience at Third Wave Coffee. Would definitely visit again!
