4-Year Customer – Extremely Disappointed, Finally Stopped the Service
I have been using Country Delight for almost four years, and unfortunately, the quality of their customer service has deteriorated to a level where I have finally decided to stop using the service completely.
My recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I received an oil container with a defective/damaged handle, resulting in the oil spilling and the product becoming unusable. I reported the issue immediately and provided photographic evidence.
Despite being a customer for nearly four years, I had to repeatedly complain, follow up and escalate the matter just to get a proper resolution for such a straightforward issue.
The defective product was one concern, but the way the complaint was handled was far more disappointing. Repetitive responses, delays and lack of ownership have completely changed my perception of the company.
After four years of association, I certainly expected better customer support and accountability. Customer loyalty should mean something, especially when there is clear evidence of a genuine product issue.
It is unfortunate that a company can retain a customer for four years and then lose that customer because of the way a single genuine grievance is handled.
I have now stopped taking Country Delight’s service altogether. The experience has resulted in a complete loss of trust.

Morning become easy
As a working mum, my mornings are always stressful, and I keep on rushing to complete chores in my house. Along with getting the kids ready for school to packing lunch, everything seems challenging and I hardly get any time left for a small tasks like buying milk or groceries. But since I started using country delight, I got relief from atleast one major - that is ordering daily milk, ghee, coconut water, etc.
I simply recharge my account and order daily essential from here every morning, fresh meal is delivered at the doorstep. After using this app neither my husband nor I have to go out early morning to get milk from the local vendor, which is very convenient
Plus, through this app I can quickly make changes skip deliveries in case we are not at home or add extra item in cash my in-laws visit us in case I have some doubt I call their customer care team and they resolve the query in on time.

App issues plus subscription model
I used to use your app, but I dropped it. I thought i’ll take a moment to review it as I thought of using it again but then changed my mind from past experiences. The subscription request keeps coming up and it doesn’t make sense to keep it, as it doesn’t really result in real savings. Keeping things simple for customers who simply are looking for no frills service should be an option. Prices for certain items could be managed as not everything you sell are differentiated items with really good quality. Although milk and other dairy products are still ok, bit then the weight is less. Although if quality is good then that is not a problem. Biggest issue was your notifications and the unrelenting pop ups requesting to sign up for subscription, which is not useful for everyone. So please work on user experience and building trust.
