They are very big scammers first they shows different amount and after wee book the ride they cut different amount almost 10$ extra but first they shows different amount and first they shows toll road fees included 5 dollar only and after they are cutting extra like aa 10 dollars extra

my money was stolen because i was not helped at all when i was having issues. I hope i can get a refund but it’s very unfortunate.

Worst taxi service in universe
Never use this service. You order a ride - driver accepts it and just moving away while time is just rising. This happens 7 of 10 times. And it’s not a bug. I gave it a chance many times using it a bit more than year. The price is good but you never get a car and just going late. Please use more reliable services not this one

He is very handsome, quiet, and extremely helpful. He was professional, polite, and made the experience pleasant. I highly recommend him.
Bad experience
They never pick up your ride on time.. seems like the driver is using other apps like uber and lyft .. even they are not done with their previous ride they still pick your ride and never reach on time.. This was my 5th time and after this I will never choose this app

My first experience with this app was a driver almost driving into oncoming traffic because he was so impatient. Customer service did nothing to take it seriously. The other rides were ok but also not great.
The final straw was today when I ordered a ride for work and it made me wait for 20 minutes before just cancelling the request. Even after I clicked “prioritize”.
Not worth it.

DRIVER ASLEEP AT WHEEL
My driver repeatedly fell asleep behind the wheel, drifted into oncoming traffic, and I had to wake him up to prevent a potentially deadly crash. This wasn’t bad driving, it was a serious public safety hazard.
I reported it immediately. Hours later, the company’s response was a $3 credit.
Apparently, that’s what they think a passenger’s life is worth.
If this is how they handle a driver falling asleep at the wheel, I wouldn’t trust this company with anyone’s safety.

most of the times drivers start driving towards you, then stop or cancel the trip.
Unreliable
Super unreliable couldnt get to my destination i was waiting for 30 minutes and no drivers accepted the ride even tho there were in my area

why are drivers allowed to confirm a ride and cancel? had a ride scheduled in 4 mins and he cancelled just for a new driver to pop up 15 mins away. Sometimes this happens multiple times. I have places to be I’m paying for the standard ride for a reason. If I am charged when I cancel how come drivers can cancel after confirming? so stupid. I will stick to uber and Lyft.

Worst app on the App Store – absolute waste of time
This is easily the most frustrating app I’ve ever used. The app itself is terrible, but the drivers are even worse. I just stood around waiting for 15 minutes for a ride, only for the driver to completely waste my time and cancel the trip. There is no respect for the customer’s time, and the app makes it incredibly difficult to hold these drivers accountable. Save yourself the headache, skip the stress, and use a reliable service instead. Zero stars if I could.
