Disgusting app
Never use this when you need to be somewhere at a given time, Ive missed multiple interviews, went late to multiple shifts even after booking 1 hour in advance most times. Disgusting app would never recommend

Avoid this app
Bad experience. Driver chose to ride on toll road without consent. Final bill was different due to toll. Even after explaining in detail to support(bot) they do did not refunded extra charges. Uber keeps what is promised at beginning.
No drivers
Every time I use this app it cannot find a driver. So frustrating and unreliable.

Absolutely unreliable
Never on time - actual arrival is 3-4 minutes later than the time displayed in the app, making the ETA meaningless.
Maps and location accuracy is pathetic. I’ve repeatedly had to call the driver because they ended up somewhere other than my pickup location. Even worse, there have been multiple occasions where I’ve waited for a ride only for it to be cancelled.
Driver network is inadequate. Pickup experience is frustrating. App can’t be relied upon when you need to get somewhere in time.
Complete waste of time and a source of inconvenience

Rude drivers
The drivers are extremely rude and unprofessional. You often have to wait a long time just to get a ride, and the customer service is not good at all. I used this service once and honestly regretted it. I’ll stick with Uber and Lyft from now on.

Absolute nightmare, it’s almost impossible to get drivers the position themselves better than uber but at least with uber you can rely on and price comparisons is not that great either

I’ve tried using this app 3 times now for rides and the drivers just never show up or accept the rides. The app only offers to pay more for driver priority, which is clearly just a scam since they won’t show up without paying extra.

They put this bike up near the Georgetown bridge half way across it says I need to return it and can’t finish the trip

Waited 40 mins for a ride. Forgot to cancel after I booked an uber and got the notification that my driver will arrive in 7 mins. 😂
They gave an option for priority pickup for the low low fee of 4.99.
