Not able to rate driver
The trip was horrible and a safety concern. After the trip the driver blocked me and I wasn’t able to leave a review within 4 days window.

It’s a very helpful app.. Though not sure why they removed messaging before booking. It makes it more difficult to book a ride as you cannot express your requirements or ask questions before booking

Worst app full of loop holes
This is worst app where ethics are not followed and violate the laws using loopholes. This rideshare app supposed to use for personal use but they allow riders to post every day rides which from Montreal to Toronto(~500km) back and forth and these riders makes ton of money and avoid paying tax as per the law income is not considered as taxable. They know this but they won’t stop because they loose money.

The idea is really nice but since it’s now scaled up, the processing fees need to go down to 4 dollars max

App is getting useless day by day!
You removed the option to invite passengers for a ride, which makes it impossible to contact people who have requested it. Please bring back the invite feature, or remove the trip request option altogether because it’s no longer useful. I can see multiple ride requests, but I have no way to reach out to those passengers.
