Worst app full of loop holes
This is worst app where ethics are not followed and violate the laws using loopholes. This rideshare app supposed to use for personal use but they allow riders to post every day rides which from Montreal to Toronto(~500km) back and forth and these riders makes ton of money and avoid paying tax as per the law income is not considered as taxable. They know this but they won’t stop because they loose money.

Nice app but expensive fees
The idea is really nice but since it’s now scaled up, the processing fees need to go down to 4 dollars max

App is getting useless day by day!
You removed the option to invite passengers for a ride, which makes it impossible to contact people who have requested it. Please bring back the invite feature, or remove the trip request option altogether because it’s no longer useful. I can see multiple ride requests, but I have no way to reach out to those passengers.

Really terrible customer support
Horrendous. Their supports first instinct is to always refuse to give a refund even after the driver doesn’t even show up. So many drivers are also disinterested replying at all, like they just show availability for fun I guess?

I love this APP! I have used it for 2 trips so far and I love this affordable option of travelling when you feel motion sickness on buses. So grateful to whoever came up with these collections of drivers.
