Poor Etiquette
The drivers are constantly accepting rides then going and doing other things before coming to get me. Car washes, finishing other rides, who knows what else. So when it says the taxi will be there in 5 minutes it’s never even close to that, it’s appalling service.

I took a cab this morning from Auburn Meadows Avenue to South Health Campus. The driver was very kind and courteous. Would highly recommend.
New app worked really well
Use the app and it worked really well and the in app payment was seamless. Car showed up right away. No problems at all.
