Recently just had ride to Y252 Wheelchair Van. I can’t recommend this for the elderly people he treat his passenger rudely, my client complaining about his foot can’t move in the back he never listen and answer anything to us his mode is not advisable for the elderly passenger is not fair for us to pay a right amount of cost , then she he hears we will be paying by credit card he look at me at said hmm the he said you will not giving any tip ? I responded him why should I your do rude.

This app recently started abusing notifications to send spam. Not cool. Will be uninstalling and avoiding yellow cab from now on.
Not helpful
Doesn’t let you adjust tips after the fact, and doesn’t let you opt out of promotional notifications, which mean you have to turn off notifications entirely which is super annoying for a taxi / ride share app.
Consistently great service
Yellow cab drivers have been consistently punctual when I prebook and swift to arrive when I book for immediate pick-up. The drivers are always polite and the app makes prebooking and payment incredibly easy.
