Good use, But horrible app
This app is essential and when it works its great, but thats literallly never. I can never login because of the stupid captcha, almost got stranded because It wasn't accepting my card (worked after I missed 2 buses for no reason). The app just sucks. They really need to fix it because lot's of people rely on the transit for their lives.

what they don’t tell you up front is you have to have a calgary my id account to use it and it’s not just a simple enter you payment details and buy a ticket or pass like it should be.

This app sometimes works, but a lot of times it doesn’t. They really need to do a better job at it

Maybe if the app worked and wasn’t constantly logging me out and forgetting information it would be better easier to pay for fare. A bus wouldn’t let me on cause YOUR app would

Ticket and pass not working
I purchased my monthly pass online and whenever I scanned it in the bus it says invalid. Same thing is happening for the single ticket. It used to be convenient for me as I don’t like to carry paper pass and it’s so frustrating and annoying at the same time.

I absolutely hate this app. Doesn’t accept debit and doesn’t work for most credit cards. If I could give this app 0 stars I would. I’m not one to ever leave reviews but this app has left me fuming due to declining every payment method I have. 0/10 I can’t get a buss ticket

I tried to buy a monthly ticket but it kept saying payment error after editing it many times but it still didn't work, but when I bought a 1 day ticket it worked without needing to edit any card information.

Continuously either signs you out or doesn’t even let you pay for a ticket. Says the payment can’t be made when everything is right.

Worst transit payment system ever
Such a stupid app. It will delete your saved credit card if you are inactive on the app for even just a few weeks. Need to set up the whole thing again. Apple Pay NEVER works on this app. So frustrating. And the fact that tickets expire in 7 days is insane. A paper ticket would never expire in 7 days. City of Calgary please just set up a Tap to Pay system like every other major city in the world and save us from this junk.

Passes not showing up
I don’t know why it’s so hard for the Upass to consistently show up every time you open the app. Fire whoever developed and updates this application

Stole 126 dollars from me.
Got locked out of my account with a monthly pass on it at the start of the month. Was told to reach out to support. Reached out to support for help got a bot response. Got live support who asked for screenshots and haven’t received a message since.
BRING BACK PAPER UPASSES
If I could give less than one star I would. Deleted my personal account over a year ago in favour of a student account. Why does this app constantly log into an account that is supposed to be deleted? Why is it even still active?
Terrible App
You can only log into your account once every 6 months, and if you log into your account once a different device you will be locked from signing in even if you have paid for a bus pass.

Tickets will say they are not activated when they actually are, transactions don’t work but still shows up on my credit card, log-in won’t let me sign into a different account, and so many more problems.

I wish i could give it less than one star. One the app only takes debit cards so if you have your credit card as default payment method in apple pay it won’t work. Secondly the tickets are non refundable and expire in 7 days but the worst bit is we stood at the bus stop for 2 hours and 5 buses were expected to make a stop yet none showed up.
