Disappointed
I have just travel on the 15.04 from st Pancreas to Brussels, the service in Eurostar premier was poor in carriage 15. Very annoyed about this and not worth the money.

Die Kommunikation von Eurostar ist unterirdisch! Mein Zug wurde kurzfristig storniert, aber in der App stand unter „Reisealarm“ nur, dass es zu Unterbrechungen kommen könnte und man mir mehr Flexibilität für meine Reise gewähre. Diese hat mich am Ende knapp 330€ mehr gekostet…Bravo! Wenn man Kunden vergraulen möchte, macht man es so.

London to Paris
The best app ever just plan your trip and get the tickets booked hassle free
No luggage space
For a 1.5 hour train ride from Lille Europe to London we where delayed for an hour then when on board there wasn’t enough space for our luggage so we had to stand the entire time with them at the doors. However staff are very nice.

Can’t sign into account
Cannot use as cannot sign in. Fill in email and password and get a notification that a code is sent to my email, however I never actually receive the code I need to sign in, so the app is useless

Simply. 1) why is Paris still one of the hardest to understand transport systems in the world. I buy a ticket from London to Geneva and have to buy a ticket from a machine that is a
Budget plan. Not a single ticket. I may never return to Paris to use it! Why not a single pass on my phone for the whole trip. 2) travelling on the tgv after getting to Gare du Lyon I can’t get through the gate using the qr code. Because your app doesn’t stay open. It automatically goes into payment mode at the gate and my bank card opens meaning I have to get through the gate manually. Seriously guys. Go use the product yourselves and see if it works. Not just. It compiled so ship it

One silly flaw
It’s a fairly functional app. But if you have multiple return tickets on one train and click view tickets, the return ticket doesn’t come up automatically. If you flip it to return and then swipe to the next ticket, it flips back to outbound. Cue plenty of confusion when boarding the train. The train staff don’t seem to be aware of this problem either and were equally confused.

Teachers should control their students on school trips
I travelled on train 9114 from London to Amsterdam. I was on coach 13.
The entire trip was tiring due to children walking up and down, bumping into passengers, singing out loud, and shouting at each other.
This was clearly a school trip. However, there should be consideration to all passengers, as everyone has paid to travel.

Excellent
The Eurostar app has improved a lot over the years. I particularly appreciate you can now book tickets from London to a particular Belgian station. Cross-service tickets are something European rail services have been struggling with and airlines do better. It’s great to see Eurostar get this right.

Not able to log in on mobile
It’s been a week and no amount of downloading, deleting the app would fix the login issue on the iOS app. I’m signing with my phone password manager. The password from the password manager works fine for the website but doesn’t work on the iOS app.

Great service, I travel by train every year to Spain . The booking process is great using the app definitely a great alternative to flying.
